I have some great news for you today. The first four expansion books from our Consortium Kickstarter are finished! Ed and the team have worked hard to bring you these fabulous additions and we’re quite proud of the final products. Digital copies are ready to be sent out and the paperback edition has been requested from the printers. Completing all these expansions has been a huge milestone for the Consortium because with one big push we’ve increased the game universe exponentially. There is now so much more to explore!
If you’re one of our backers looking forward to the digital copy, you can expect to get The Secret War, The Fifth Race, Rapier, and A New Dawn as soon as we receive the money from Kickstarter. Now remember, when you get your copy don’t forget to tell us what you think! We love getting feedback about our games and we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Time Travel Part 1 is coming in just a little behind the rest of the expansion books. Right now, Ed is finalising the introductions and character sheets for this campaign. Once that’s done he’ll zap it off to the proofreaders and we’ll be on our way to calling this one finished as well. Things are coming along fantastic for this round of Kickstarter rewards and we’re pleased to see it all coming together. Thank you for helping to bring more of the Consortium to life.
If you haven’t noticed, we love giving fans more than they expect. True to form, Ed has run an idea past the backers who have pledged for hardcover editions and they’ve accepted. What this means is that now we’ll be creating one single, combined book which we will call Era: The Consortium Expansions, Volume 1. Each of the expansions offer extra abilities and equipment for players so they all fit together nicely and will make an excellent combined edition. No more having to rifle through a stack of books, you can have it all at your fingertips!
